Introduction

The Level 3 Award in Enterprise Mentoring aims to provide an introduction to the role of the mentor to ensure that a new mentor has the right level of knowledge and understanding to undertake the mentor role.

Study Support

All learners gain free studying membership of the Faculty of Enterprise in the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs) for one year. This provides access to a wide range of online support including a community of mentors, groups, forums, meetups and other tailored resources to help participants complete their programme successfully.

Progression

The Level 3 Award in Enterprise Mentoring contains units that make up the Level 4 Certificate in Enterprise Mentoring. Learners who complete this qualification and are looking to pursue further learning in this area have a suitable progression route. Units achieved in this qualification can be transferred directly to the Level 4 Certificate in Enterprise Mentoring and need not be taken again.

Upon successful completion of this Award learners will also be eligible to join the Faculty of Enterprise Support of the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs) as an Associate or Full Member and use nominal letters.
